Shipping
items are shipped with Greek Postal Service with a tracking number and arrive within 3-9 days for Europe, 9-12 business days usually to everywhere else. For USA, items arrive in 9-14 days usually with regular mail. during holidays we have seen delays up to 20 business days.
DHL upgrades are available
If you want to deliver your product to a remote access sevice - additional fees may be asked after purchase (approximately 22usd) we reserve the right to cancel the order if you do not want to pay the extra dhl fee - we can only see if you are remote access service when creating the web label (after purchase).
Most Jewelry items are in stock and can take up to 1-3 days to ship out,
made to order jewellery (not in stock can take 5-20 days for production

On average, for international postal service for jewelry production usually takes 5-8 business days if it is not in stock usually, it takes about 10 business days to get to the USA
You can return an item within 30 days from the date of receiving it and we will fully refund you the item price.
LOST POSTAGE - we like to give an additional two weeks for the postage to get to its final location until we start an official investigation - we will contact the post office and if in the case it gets lost - Consumer will be responsible to send a digitally signed email claiming they did not receive the item and a clear description of their items. once we receive this email consumer will be eligible for a refund or we will send a new one.
After product is sent there is no CANCELATION - you will have to receive the item and return it for a refund
therefore there will be a 5% fee for cancelation
